At Vivaav Bakes, We take pride in delivering fresh and high-quality home-baked goods to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a strict return and refund policy outlined below:
Orders above 1kg will require 25% of advance payment for confirmation.
1. Terms of Return
Returns or refunds are only applicable if the order is incorrect, damaged, or not as described.
Claims must be made within 12 hours of receiving the product.
2. State of Return
Products must remain untouched and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Partially consumed or altered products will not qualify for a refund.
3. Reasons for Return
We accept returns or refund requests under the following circumstances:
You received the wrong item.
The product arrived damaged due to mishandling during delivery.
The order does not match the description on our website.
4. Process for Return
Contact our customer support at the details provided below within 12 hours of receiving your order.
Kindly Provide your order details and photographic proof of the issue.
If eligible, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
5. Process of Refund
If approved, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
Refunds are not applicable for change-of-mind purchases or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
Custom cakes and special orders are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders cancelled upto 4 hours before the scheduled delivery will incur a 50% of cancellation charges.
Cancellations made less than 4 hours before delivery are non-refundable.
